Learn to align your bones and muscles while flowing through a meditative and energizing sequence. Focus your mind as you initiate each movement with your breath. Carry that focus and awareness into the rest of your day—along with the better posture, increased flexibility, and strength you build.
Class instruction provides a variety of options so you can find the right mix of challenge and ease while you benefit from the energy of a group class.
Private sessions can be completely individualized, or formed into small-group sessions with friends or co-workers.

I am E-RYT certified with Yoga Alliance, with 200 hours of training in Ashtanga Yoga, and 300 hours of training in Jivamukti Yoga, in addition to 17 years of self-study, classes, and workshops with teachers from a diverse array of traditions.
