"I wanted to share with you one of the best surprises I have gotten from your yoga class. I assumed that my asanas would get a little easier with practice, but I never considered that day to day movement would become so much easier. When I planted flowers yesterday, I could bend, squat, and take a big step in various directions so much easier than I could a year ago. I practice tadasana while standing in the grocery store and don't bend over my cart, head jutted forward, when pushing my shopping cart. My awareness has even helped me work on mowing uphill with core, legs, and upper body instead of my neck.
