These are meant for students who have experience practicing and working with a knowledgable teacher. If you've never worked with anyone on your form and your breathing, please do so before practicing to these vinyasa sequences.
You can practice these sequences in any order, but always begin by focusing on developing Samavrtti Ujjayi (a breath using friction in the throat to slow down inhales and exhales to the same length) and your intention for the day while you are still (seated or standing). Then practice Sun Salutations with full attention on moving from your inhale/exhale, from the lift at the core of your body, and from your intention.
