We're just a few
block south of
the traffic circle
in downtown
Troy. So, if
you're driving
north on I-75,
take exit 73
(OH-55 toward
Ludlow
Falls/Troy). After
you exit, turn
right (onto W
Market St/OH-55
E) and go about
1.5 miles. You'll
go through a
few traffic lights,
and then at a
light you'll see a
Walgreens on
your right. Bear
left here to get
onto S Market
St. Drive just a
few blocks--look
for a parking
spot on the
street
before
you get to the
traffic circle. The
studio is on your
left just before
the traffic circle.
Go in the green
door between
Brower
Stationers and
US Bank.
After that, how much is it?

one class: $12

4 classes in 4 weeks:
$40 ($10/class)

16 classes in 8 weeks:
$112 ($7/class)

Unlimited classes
for 16 weeks: $200
If you attend
three classes per week,
that’s  only
$4.17 per class.

Should I bring a mat? If you
have one, please do. We do
have mats that you are
welcome to borrow for your free
classes. After that, you can
purchase or rent one.
Will the class schedule
change?
These classes are
ongoing, but the schedule will
be updated regularly according
to demand. New classes will be
added—contact us at
yoga@elizabethsilas.com to let
us know what days and times
you’d like to attend! Classes
with low attendance may be
changed on the next schedule.
If class must be cancelled due
to weather or emergency, it will
be announced on the outgoing
voicemail message at
513.255.0166 and students will
receive a pass extension.

training and experience?
Elizabeth Silas is a Registered
Yoga Teacher with Yoga
Alliance, certified at 200 hours
in Ashtanga Yoga and 300
hours in Jivamukti Yoga, and
certified by Exercise Science
Alliance in Pilates. She has
been teaching classes,
workshops, and private
sessions at
Moksha Yoga and
Yogaview in Chicago, at It's
Yoga, YogahOMe, and
Gratitude in Cincinnati, and at
Miami University in Oxford for
the past nine years. She
designed and has taught the
yoga teacher training program
of Miami University since its

What should I
wear?
Wear

How do I purchase a gift certificate? Stop by the
studio 10-15 minutes before a class or 10-15
minutes after a class. (See class schedule

You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount,
paying with check or cash. If those times don't
work for you, just email or call Elizabeth to set a
different time to pick up your gift certificate at the
studio (
